Usage Advisory

Only use Rollo as directed and follow any additional instructions provided on the packaging or accompanying materials. Variation in results may occur with differing skin sensitivity.

General Advisory

  1. Refrain from using Rollo on areas with
    • open wounds or broken skin to prevent infection or exacerbation of existing conditions.
    • sensitive or delicate skin as it may cause discomfort or irritation. Some examples of these areas include:
      • Fragile blisters
      • Thick scabs
      • Eyelids
      • Scalp (with long hair as it may get caught in the cavity)
      • Genital area
      • Directly on lips
  2. Test your individual suitability to the product by slowly increasing speed and pressure to create the desired intensity. Ensure product is rolling smoothly before and throughout use.
  3. Refrain from applying excessive pressure or use the product for extended periods to prevent skin irritation or bruising.
  4. Ensure skin is dry before usage to optimize Rollo’s effectiveness and minimize the risk of sliding or reduced rolling action.
  5. Discontinue usage if:
    • prolonged redness or swelling is observed on the skin. Seek medical attention if necessary.
    • any spikes on the rollerball are broken, chipped, or damaged. Usage with damaged spikes may result in injuries.
    • Rollo does not roll smoothly or becomes difficult to maneuver. This could indicate that the product is damaged, and may compromise safety of use.
  6. Parental supervision is advised during use for children under 7 years old.
  7. Do not place Rollo's cap onto the back of the product to avoid it getting stuck.

Cleaning Advisory

  1. Clean Rollo daily, or after contact with moisturizers or bodily fluids. This helps to maintain hygiene and prevent the buildup of bacteria on the rollerball.
  2. Rinse Rollo under running water and soap. Wipe thoroughly with suitable wet wipes if running water is not accessible.
  3. Refrain from boiling the product as it may cause damage to the material.
  4. Sharing Rollo between individuals is not recommended, but if necessary, clean Rollo thoroughly under running water with soap before sharing.

Usage with Ointments

We advise first to relieve your itch with Rollo, then apply the necessary topical creams – rather than using them simultaneously.

  1. Refrain from using Rollo on skin with residual oil from topical creams. It may cause Rollo to slide instead of roll smoothly, compromising safety of use.
  2. Refrain from applying moisturizers or other oily substances directly onto Rollo. Residual cream on the rollerball can pose a risk of contamination and skin irritation if not properly cleaned.
