Refund policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policies 
Returns for reasons other than production defects, such as dissatisfaction with the product, misunderstanding of product features or change of mind, are currently not accepted.

Refunds
All refunds will include a 10% service fee of the net refund amount. Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned item, to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged during shipping or manufacturing, so that we can evaluate the issue. Any returns, exchange and refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated in a case by case manner.
